Profile
William joined Chambers in 2023 after completing his pupillage with Ms. Queenie Ng, Mr. Joe Chan, Mr. Jeffrey Tam and Ms. Lily Yu. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong, where he obtained his LLB in 2021 and PCLL in 2022.
During his studies, William has been a keen mooter. He was awarded the Hong Kong Bar Association Cup as the champion in the HKU Capstone Mooting Competition.
William is developing a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. He has experience in judicial review, arbitration, commercial disputes, land disputes, injunction matters, probate and trusts, personal injury claims, defamation and matrimonial disputes.
William is capable of providing written submissions in both English and Chinese, and conducting hearings in both languages.
