Tessa accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She has a broad civil practice, with an emphasis on land, planning, building, trust and property, shareholders’ disputes, probate, insurance, employment, personal injuries and other general commercial matters. She has also appeared for the prosecution / defence in criminal cases (including appeals), and has experience in public law matters.
Prior to joining Chambers, Tessa worked in the litigation team of the Department of Justice, frequently appearing as a sole advocate in judicial reviews and statutory appeals.
