With over 20 years of practice at the bar, Queenie frequently acts in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, with particular focus on land and property disputes, trusts and probate matters, construction and commercial disputes, company matters, and family and children matters.
Queenie has very extensive experience in IPO matters, having given legal opinion for over 50 listings and proposed listings on the Main Board and on the GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Queenie’s criminal and disciplinary practice spans from defending and prosecuting (as prosecutor on fiat) in magistracies and the District Court to acting as counsel and prosecuting in various disciplinary hearings.
