Christy accepts instructions in both civil and criminal matters.

Christy has experience in a wide range of civil cases, involving areas such as company, commercial, contract, negligence, personal injuries, employees’ compensation, defamation, trusts, probate, building management, nuisance, adverse possession, land and electoral matters. 

She also has experience in death inquests, Medical Council inquiries and Veterinary Surgeons Board inquiries. 

Christy has appeared for both the prosecution and defence in criminal cases.  She also has experience in criminal appeals. 

She has appeared as a sole advocate and led junior across all levels of courts in the Court of Final Appeal, the Court of Appeal, the Court of First Instance, the District Court and the Magistrates’ Courts.
