個人履歷

Christy joined Chambers in 2022 upon completion of her pupillage with Mr Erik Shum, Mr Phil Chau SC, Ms Catherine Wong, Mr Vincent Lung and Mr Roger Phang.

Christy read law at the University of Warwick and completed her PCLL at the University of Hong Kong. 

Prior to joining the Bar, Christy worked as an analyst at investment banks and private equity/venture capital fund. She is commercially astute and adept at understanding and responding to clients’ needs.  

Christy is developing a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She has a particularly keen interest in chancery practice, commercial and company matters, trusts and contentious probate matters, personal injuries and matrimonial matters. 

On the criminal side, Christy has experiences ranging from murder and manslaughter to white-collar crime, regulatory offences, sexual offences, drug-related offences, assaults, road traffic offences, and public order event offences.  

She has appeared as an advocate in her own right in the Court of First Instance and the Magistrates’ Courts. She is capable of conducting hearings and drafting legal documents in both English and Chinese.

在加入大律師行列之前，翟大律師曾在投資銀行和私募股權/風險投資基金擔任分析師。

翟大律師的執業領域非常廣泛，包括參與一般商業和公司案件、股東糾紛、金融及證券交易規管、信託、遺囑認證、公司清盤、土地爭議、婚姻和家庭案件、刑事等事宜。她曾為香港上市公司就合規、香港證監會監管以及其他相關問題提供法律意見。

在刑事法領域，翟大律師曾參與及處理從謀殺、誤殺至白領犯罪、嚴重欺詐、商業犯罪等，並涵蓋其他刑事法領域，包括毒品相關罪行、搶劫、性罪行、人身傷害、毀壞罪、交通罪行等。

翟大律師能夠流利地使用中文，並且在爭訟性事宜中有使用中文的經驗。

此外，翟大律師亦為Westlaw (萬律) 撰寫判例註解，及參與撰寫LexisNexis (律商聯訊）出版的《Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong》及有關公司法的相關刊物。
